New Product - DynaFlange

Our latest product is made to simplify installation of pipelines, by having an adjustable flange.

Based on our experiences with flushing hydraulic pipelines, we have discovered a problem when installing and fitting pipelines on vessels, rigs etc. Often the pipes are to long or short. Pipes then need to be cut, flanges welded, a time consuming process. In addition, pipes need to be reflushed after each adjustment, adding more cost and further delaying the installation process.

As a solution, we have developed DynaFlange, a two-way adjustable flange (patent pending). By allowing for both lengthwise and rotary adjustment, the final installation of pipes is easy and troublefree. The solution is made universal for many pipe dimensions and flange standards, and can easily be adapted to the flange connector of choice.
